How to Register

  • All registrations must be submitted on-line
  • If unsure whether you have a login or don’t know password, STOP and email iojtreg@ncsc.org for assistance (include name(s) of attendees needing to register)
  • Use your own contact information and email address to ensure receipt of all important conference information
  • On last screen, select “Confirm Order” to complete the registration
  • If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of submitting, please contact iojtreg@ncsc.org for assistance.
  • Once registered, the confirmation email will include a link to a hotel reservations form with special conference rates.

Registration Fee Payment

  • Payment with credit card preferred – American Express, MasterCard & Visa accepted. If wire transfer selected,
    you will receive an email with bank wire details and instructions.
  • Registration fee payments must be received within ten (10) days of registering and no later than October 20.

Registration Confirmation

  • A registration confirmation email will be sent once registration is submitted on-line. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours after registering,
    please contact iojtreg@ncsc.org for assistance.

Registration Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation fees submitted via email to iojtreg@ncsc.org on or before September 20 receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee.
    Cancellations received after September 20 will not receive a refund. An alternate attendee can be submitted as a replacement at no charge.

Hotel Reservations

Once registered, the confirmation email will include a link to a hotel reservations form with special conference rates.
The completed reservations form must be submitted to the hotel directly – noted on the form. This is the only way to receive special conference rates.
The conference hotel rate cutoff is October 20.

Conference Invitation

    If you require a formal invitation to apply for visa, please send request via email to iojt2024@gmail.com with the information below.

  • IOJT registration confirm number or the capture image of the confirmation e-mail.
  • Full name, affiliation, position and contact information.
